June 14th - 16th, 2024

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2024 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Colorado!

The event will take place Friday, June 14th - Sunday, June 16th.  In lieu of the Volunteer Appreciation Party, there will be a Volunteer Kick Off Party on Thursday, June 6th in Aspen-  details to follow.

Before completing the application, please make sure you meet the minimum requirements outlined below.

•             Must be 21+ years of age on June 14, 2024

•             Able to lift up to 50lbs

•             Work in rain, snow, wind, or heat

•             Stand and/or actively move around a venue for extended periods of time

•             Can be flexible with water and food breaks

•             Access and ability to complete a self-guided, digital volunteer orientation training session

•             Access and ability to complete a guided, digital Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) training session.  Volunteers who completed DEI training in 2022 or 2023 will not be required to complete it again.

•             Availability in Aspen, CO between June 13 - 16, 2024 for in-person credential pick up and team meeting(s).  All volunteers must pick up their credentials/badges during this time.  Every volunteer must pick up their own pass. Volunteers Operations HQs will be located at Aspen Square:

  • Sunday, June 9 | 11am - 4.30pm
  • Wednesday, June 12 | 8am - 6pm
  • Thursday, June 13 | 8am - 6pm
  • Friday, June 14 | 8am - 10am 

Registration Instructions

1. Please select a committee and/or shift that interests you and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.  Indicating choice does not guarantee placement.  You will receive a confirmation email when your registration has been received and an email from your Committee Chair to confirm your committee placement.  All committees and shifts are subject to change location, volunteer/shift needs, or requirements at any time. We appreciate your flexibility.

2. Starting April 2nd, 2024, all applicants will be assigned on a first-registered, first-qualified basis.  You must make a committee selection to proceed with the application.  PLEASE SELECT THE 'WAITLIST' IF YOU DON'T SEE A VOLUNTEER SHIFT THAT WORKS FOR YOU.  Any add/drops will be filled by first-registered, first-qualified order on the waitlist.

3. Please have a headshot photo ready to upload; registration cannot be completed without one.
